“Take your goal and make it big and uncomfortable. But act like that’s exactly what’s going to happen.”
That’s advice from Kate Lind, 32, co-founder of Pincause. Lind and her partner, Nate Stevens, 31, started the Ann Arbor-based organization in late December in their 500-square-foot apartment. Pincause raises funds and awareness about different causes through the sale of pins designed by various artists. In this video, the couple gets candid about learning from past failures, working with each other, and overcoming other challenges related to running a small business.
